Returns and Exchanges


The return and exchange period is 14 days of receipt of the order by the Buyer.

When buying in an online store, you can return or exchange a product of proper quality within 7 days of receiving the order if the item did not fit you in size, color, style or shape.

The return and exchange of a product of proper quality is possible if the item was not in use, with its original market condition, consumer properties and factory labels preserved, provided that there is also a sales receipt or a cash receipt.

The following items are not subject to exchange and return: underwear, stockings, socks, swimwear, other sewn and knitted underwear and hosiery.

The warranty does not apply to the following cases: wear during operation; tears, cuts and scuffs, burning of the fabric; the fabric is burnt out or faded, soiled; piling; other defects due to violation of the rules of use, care, storage or transportation of the product, actions of third parties or force majeure.

To return the goods of proper quality (or to have the goods exchanged), the Buyer should write a letter to the Seller’s customer care manager by e-mail: customersupport@antheiawoman.com with the topic “Exchange/Return of goods”, describing which of the goods you want to return and /or exchange and attach a photo of the goods (the photo should show: packaging, labels (label), defects (if any), the general appearance of the product).

After the Seller receives the above-mentioned Buyer’s letter, the Seller’s manager will make a request for a refund and send you an application form for an exchange and/or return of the goods to fill out.

Then, carefully pack the goods (together with all the components and a full set of accessories) and attach the completed return form, then send the parcel to the address that the Seller’s customer service manager will provide you. When any goods of proper quality are returned or exchanged, the shipping cost shall be paid by you.

Refund:

The refund is performed within 10 days since we receive the goods returned. The refund is carried out in the same way as the payment for the goods was made.
